An Electronic Cigarette Style Resolution; Going beyond the obvious.

A Clean Cigarette’s 2018 resolution: Same as always, to be better at our goal of just being smokers who help smokers.

Hello! Happy New Year! This is Dawn here, your A Clean Cigarette brand electronic cigarette blogger. It’s a brand new year here at A Clean Cigarette and we are super excited to hit the ground running in 2018.

You may remember a short time ago I did a blog about one of the newest studies in regard to electronic cigarettes. It’s the one that came out of Georgetown University that claims that up to 6.6 million lives could be saved if all burning tobacco smokers switch to Electronic Nicotine Delivery Systems (ENDS). If you do remember and have read the blog then you can fully understand why I say we at A Clean Cigarette want to hit the ground running in 2018. I mean there are potentially 6.6 million human lives that we could have a real impact on. But in order to have an impact on even a tenth of those lives, then we have to do what we do, and do it right.

That means we need to not only switch smokers on to an ENDS unit, we need to help those smokers in ANY way possible to be successful on these products. With this in mind, we are very proud to announce a new program that we have come up with which should help us help smokers even better than we already do.


I am getting ahead of myself. I really should start with the Why behind this program.

Why a come back 5 pack!

When a smoker first comes to A Clean Cigarette it can be a whole lot of information to take in all at one shot. If you are a customer of ours you may know that the first visit includes a list of information. In that first visit, we can cover a lot of the things on the list below. Although depending on when you first came in and who you first talk to, you may have gotten more or less information then this list.

So as you can see this can be a lot of information to take in all at one time. The thing is all of this information is vital. So we need to get it to you, but we don’t want to overpower you with information all at the same time. While not all of this information is given at every new customer fitting, most of it is.

The thing is that because we are smokers too, we understand that as important as this stuff is, it’s nearly impossible for anyone to remember everything they learn in one visit. And while some customers are very forward about questions and concerns some are not. Whether it’s because they are shy or just don’t want to be a bother, they go on with unanswered questions. Sometimes it’s not even because they are shy, it’s just because that when a smoker first makes the switch they may not even know what questions to ask… yet. Regardless of the reason for unanswered questions or concerns, they are never a good thing when it comes to nicotine delivery systems.

Those unanswered questions, if left that way, can end up leading a smoker back to burning tobacco out of pure frustration. This is not okay with us. Smokers would not even walk in our door if they did not want to make this work. So, if a smoker comes to us with the goal of getting away from burning tobacco, then we had better darn well be able to help them with that. Whatever it takes.

Then the question became how do we make sure that our fellow smokers are getting the answers that they deserve. How do we go about answering questions that you may not even know you have….yet

This is such an exciting offer for our Customers, I have always tried to make sure and give new Customers a punch card so if they have any questions they could just pull out their card and call us…This is so much more personal to be able to give them a come back card.As always ACCs focus is taking care of our Customers!

  3. The Come Back 5 Pack is a great tool to use to help new customers, it is also a reminder for all to make sure to give the long term customer a refresher course. Sometimes we get too comfortable with the process and loose sight of the correct way to do things. Just one more tool in making the switch and committing to be burning tobacco free.
