3 steps to electronic cigarettes: Habit, Addiction, Habit

Hello! Dawn, here again, your ever ready, ever excited A Clean Cigarette brand electronic cigarette blogger. Today’s blog is a blog I am very excited to do. If you are a frequent reader of this blog you may know that about two and a half months ago A Clean Cigarette opened our first store in the Muskegon area, which is also our only store on the west side of the state. You probably also know that the Muskegon location holds a special place in my heart because it’s not only my hometown, it’s also the A Clean Cigarette store I get to help smokers make the switch in.

To me being on the front lines and getting to talk one on one with smokers is pure gold. I get so much information and valuable knowledge just listening to my fellow smoker’s stories.

It’s working with the amazing people here on the west side of the state that solidified a theory I have been working on for a while. I call my theory the three-step theory.  It’s a simple theory that has really been helping the smokers I am working with over here, and now I am hoping it can help smokers everywhere. Take a look for yourself and let me know what you think!

The Three-step Theory

Step 1: Kicking the pack in the sack= Habit

Many of our smokers including myself smoked burning tobacco cigarettes for well over 20 years. That means for at least 20 years everytime someone like myself needed nicotine, we reached for the pack of cigarette. So before we can start reaching for our E-cigarettes to get our nicotine we need to break the habit of reaching for the pack. What we need to be doing instead of pack grabbing is our A Clean Cigarette brand electronic cigarette.

It’s the easiest step in my opinion but its still a very necessary one. The great news is that habits are WAY easier to kick then addictions.  Typically if you make an active decision to change a habit, 7 to 14 days is all it takes to form a NEW habit. Instead of the habit of grabbing a pack, choose the habit of grabbing your A Clean Cigarette brand electronic cigarette nicotine delivery system.

Tips to kick the habit of pack grabbing: Don’t buy cigarettes. Yep, it sounds simple and it is simple. If you do not have a pack to grab you will hit the e-cig in order to get the nicotine you need. After a very short time when you think “I need nicotine” you will also think “Where is my e-cigarette?” A few puffs later you will no longer be thinking about nicotine or the pack. So kick the pack in the sack and you have 1 of the 3 steps to success.

Step 2: Nicotine= Addiction

Now, this step is a bit different because it’s not a necessary step, some people never want to give up the nicotine, and in fact, it’s a step we are not technically allowed to help with. Because fighting an addiction is a medical situation, our products would have to be pharmaceutical in nature to advertise as able to break an addiction. So we don’t.

What we can do is provide the tools to help YOU handle your nicotine addiction how you want to. Some people switch to a nicotine level they are currently smoking in traditional tobacco, and stay there. On the other hand, some folks choose to “walk down” in nicotine level using the A Clean Cigarette cartridges as tools to help them off nicotine altogether. We can’t take credit for those people, but we sure do support them and cheer them on. Plus we LOVE to hear this success story! Strait out, we can not buy advertising as good as a smoker who has won the battle. You all know who you are, and we know you are telling everyone you know that your nicotine free. 😉

Tips for nicotine addiction: Let us know your goal! If you are looking to walk down in nicotine level and off of the product ask our in-store representatives for tips and tricks that other A Clean Cigarette smokers have used to do just that. Everyone here at A Clean Cigarette has used the product to switch off of traditional burning tobacco, so we know what you are going through and we WANT to help in any way that we legally can.

Step 3: Hand to Mouth= Habit

Much like the first step the third step is a habit. Unfortunately, it is a habit that is a lot harder to change. Why? because it is less about changing the habit to a new habit like switching from one delivery method to another, and more about stopping a 20-30 year habit altogether. But that does not mean it is impossible.

Once you are at the 0 nicotine level of A Clean Cigarette it’s all about the hand to mouth. Let us know that your goal is to get off of A Clean Cigarette and we will try to help here too. As hard as the hand to mouth habit is to break, it’s far easier to handle after you have gotten done with step 2 and the nicotine addiction.

Tips to beat the hand to mouth habit: This one is one we have a lot of experience with. There are a ton of ways you can help yourself when you are ready to put your A Clean Cigarette brand e-cigarette down. They range from simple ideas to even simpler tricks. With the support and help from the smokers here at A Clean Cigarette, you can do this and all the way around by the time you are on step 3 you are almost home free!!

Well, there you have it. Our three steps to success here at A Clean Cigarette. I really hope it helps you as good as it seems to be helping the smokers over here in Muskegon on the west side of Michigan. If you have questions or would like more information please reach out to me. There are a bunch of ways to do that, the easiest is to reach out via a message on Facebook or leave a comment below.

Thank you so much for taking the time to visit the blog today and I hope very much that this was a helpful and entertaining read!  Have a great day and check back often!
